Thatā€™s great to hear @anung! Weā€™re always looking for ways to enhance your experience and potential earnings on LogoArena and thatā€™s why weā€™ve introduced this feature and many other new features lately :slight_smile:

Note that you can also actively promote this option to clients, for example when you had a good collaboration with a client, but they decide to choose a different contest winner.

Yes I will. Another thing that can increase our enthusiasm (perhaps especially designers from Indonesia) is that I really hope that the money transfer process can be faster than before. So far it takes 6-7 days (sometimes more) to be received at my local bank :disappointed_relieved:

well I donā€™t even know if contes holder downloaded the files, I guess he did, in the workreap contest, https://www.logoarena.com/logo-contests/Workreap-n13309

but can someone make it into balance? have been long time, Tony and I have been waiting patiently, but Iā€™m afraid it might be a bug in the CH UI too as Steve couldnā€™t approve them in his end

Thanks all, we will take a look at this and get it sorted. The approval process should take no longer than 10-14 days max, so this is definitely way past due.

@LogoArena please add balance/ payment history feature to designers account.

I guess you can get that info via your Stripe account.

I meant something like we have in LA 1.0 : Contest name, Prize amount, Date won, Date paid, Status.
